Janelle is the proud owner of Your Wedding Place and has been leading the boutique since it was purchased in 2005. She and her mom bought the store together and built it into the beloved bridal destination it is today — with Janelle running the day-to-day operations from the very beginning.

Before stepping into bridal retail, Janelle was deeply involved in the wedding industry, including venue decorating and creative event work, developing a natural eye for detail and design that continues to shape the way she helps brides envision their full wedding look.

With decades of experience, Janelle is passionate about creating joyful, personalized experiences for every client who walks through the doors. She is a proud wife, mom, and grandma, and continues to lead with warmth, dedication, and heart — qualities that make Your Wedding Place feel like home. 🤍

Madisen is the third generation behind Your Wedding Place and proudly serves as the boutique’s Marketing Manager and Bridal Consultant. Having grown up in the family business, she’s been part of YWP since she was 14 and is passionate about continuing its legacy with a fresh, creative vision.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Calgary, Madisen returned to Red Deer to step into a larger role within the business. She now leads marketing, creative direction, and event planning — from grad trunk shows to bridal events and VIP experiences — all while working closely with brides in the boutique.

As the founder of Yach Social, she brings a strong eye for branding and storytelling into every client experience. Outside of YWP, she’s a proud wife and mom of two who loves traveling, hosting meaningful gatherings, and creating beautiful moments both in business and at home. 🤍
